Speaker Biography

Kristina Glushkova leads UCL’s Creative, Cultural and Social Innovation portfolio within UCL Innovation & Enterprise, shaping strategic partnerships and knowledge exchange across the creative and cultural sectors. She co-leads Creative Experience Lab London (CELL), a partnership between UCL and Loughborough University London based at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, where she works with cultural organisations, creative businesses, industry partners and local communities to prototype new forms of creative experience through collaborative R&D.

Prior to joining UCL, Kristina spent eight years at Royal Holloway, University of London, where she helped develop StoryFutures, secure major public funding, deliver innovation programmes and launch a Social Science Impact Accelerator. She has also held worked in social innovation, creative enterprise and civic technology, including at Nokia, Ofcom, mySociety and Makerhood CIC.
